I bought a Harvest Festival candle and loved it as soon as I got home and lit it! Only downside - there's no more to be found! I would give it 5 thumbs up if I had 5 thumbs!��

Worst customer service ever! Don't even bother buying any of their products! Terrible quality and when I called to talk to someone about it they were totally unhelpful!
The candle burned straight down and left half the wax in the jar. I emailed them & NEVER got a response. I WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE OF THESE NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!!! Not very good business ways!
I used to purchase several of these for myself, family and friends! Note I said USED to! I had my warmer switch come completely apart while trying to to ON. I contacted the Company by email NO REPLY! I waiting about 3-4 weeks because I understand sometimes it's takes time for a company to answer back. I called today and the representative I spoke with said it was "out of their hands" since they have no refunds/exchanges! So if my home would have caught FIRE due to a deffective product....I am sorry that some people still pay... read more
