Empire Burger is not just burgers. I love their fish tacos. The cod is smaller pieces hand battered and fried. Not a thick batter more like a coating. They are not greasy and never overdone. They come with cabbage, cilantro, salsa and their special white sauce( it's kinda spicy so I get ranch instead. Burgers are always amazing. Large portions of fries. Onion rings are amazing. Their special margaritas are fun and tasty.

RecommendedVery good. I questioned the waitress about the Green Chile Cheeseburger; if the green chile was from New Mexico. Sadly, it was not, as that is the only acceptable green and red chile on the planet. So, I had the BLT instead. Not only was it tall in size, there was an ample amount of bacon on the sandwich. So much I felt like I had to advocate meat murder that day. It was delicious.
I love the Hawaiian Burger! Great rotating beer program, margaritas and friendly staff. Also a killer view!

Fourth year in a row and still the must eat if you are in Breck. By far the best burgers in the USofA.
