The men at Empire Home Center were phenomenal. The young man who was working the stock room in the back came out to the floor and spoke with us, helping us figure out which toilets we would need and then went to the back and got everything we will need including the pedestal sink we wanted. The salesman even helped load our vehicle. Both were very friendly and courteous.
Let me start by saying the customer service here was horrible. This was our first time at the store and from the beginning I said to my wife that the sales person (Doug) helping us had poor customer service. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day. Anyways we were there to purchase countertops, not to make friends. We purchased two pieces of countertops and paid for them to be cut. We explained how we like them cut. One salesperson was nice and not knowledgeable; one was extremely rude. For the latter, I would not return
DO NOT GO HERE!! save yourself the headache this company lies to people to make a sale and if you buy any counter top and they tell you that they will cut it for you it’s all a lie and the best part NO REFUNDS when you didn’t even get the items yet don’t waste your time I hope to see this place close down what a joke worst place I ever been to
