I've got 4 tattoos (and more to come!) from Randy. He always manages to capture EXACTLY what I'm looking for!
I hadn't seen anything terrible that Randy had done prior to getting my tattoo done by him, then the disaster happened. After my tattoo was finished I was soooo disappointed. His excuse was that he had a terrible family emergency that happened the night before. That would have been fine with me had he told me before he started.
