Empire bikes on the outside it looks like any other bike shop. However, I can't no say it enough the attention to detail is incredible and the main reason I keep coming back beside the fact that they take care of their costumers is that all their representatives are honest individuals with high level of integrity that are genuinely working to achieve the highest level of costumer satisfaction. Empire Bikes are truly the best there is out there. Keep up the fantastic work you guys do.
Awesome staff! Doesn't matter how little you know about bikes, they will gladly answer all your questions!! Love this place! I drive 25 miles and it's worth it!
Walked in to the Monrovia location yesterday around 4pm looking for a light, very limited options and not a single hello or any acknowledgement from the crew, there two Mormon Missionaries there and that was it, I guess customer service is not their strong suit!
