I had two scheduled appointments—one at 10:30 am and another at 11:40 am—but when I arrived, the shop was closed. I waited 10–15 minutes and saw a sign stating the business is closed on Mondays, which was never communicated to me when booking. This is highly unprofessional, especially since my appointment was later canceled after being rescheduled.
