Jordy was amazing, they were so easy to chat with, super informative about the haircutting process and all the styling info I'd need for afterwards. I had so much fun getting my haircut and I felt very listened to along the way about what I was hoping to get out of my hair. 10/10 the best haircut experience I've had. The studio was also stunning and everyone who works there seems so fun and cool. I felt like I was very much in good hands and will definitely be coming back.

This place was amazing! Jordy listened to what I wanted and made sure I got exactly that. The receptionist greeted me warmly, chatted with me, and offered a drink. My only word of caution is that there is a significant flight of stairs to get to the salon, so it may not work for people with mobility issues - although they may still be able to accommodate you.

Had a wonderful experience at Empire, the vibe and atmosphere- the facial was amazing, and included arm, hand, foot and scalp massage - Crystal is a skincare expert, and i recommend trusting in her recommendations. I have already booked my next appointment!
