How could Empire Autosports improve? Answer: be honest and straightforward with your customers. I called late in the afternoon on Friday to see if they could look at my car (and hopefully start repair work on it) first thing Saturday morning. I show up first thing and I get another promise that my car will be looked at right away. Seven hours later and my car hadn't been touched. "We've been too busy." I was in desperate need of two front tires. I came here from a reference from an employer here, Noe. He worked with me and was able to sell me affordable tires. I came in as it was my first time. I was greeted from a lady with a “Hello, I’ll be right with you shortly.” She assisted and I asked for a gentlemen named Vesham. He greeted as well and was very professional.
