Customer service is rude . Refusing to cancel and I’m not even within the 30 days less than 10 days of having it . Can someone on here refer me to a lawyer or how can I inform my bank of this fraud to change my bank information so they can’t charge me . I don’t need it and asking for a cover letter from my protection plan with my insurance
I called this guy about a car that I was interested in... he was totally honest about the car, and saved me a trip from Alabama.... Hard to find an honest salesman, especially in this time of greed... I appreciate you....
I called this place and they didn't answer. 40 minutes later I get a call back. Obviously I don't have the number just saved in my phone so I asked first, "Hi is this Empire Automotive?" The dude said yes in a super rude tone and then just hung up the phone immediately before I got another word in. So that's how they treat potential customers apparently???

I bought this car 2 days ago and the transmission have went out, and this was on my job at someone's home I'm a nurse assistant I asked him to come and get this car because it would not go in gear he flat out told me that he was not coming to get it.
