Purchased a new WRX ts at Empire Subaru yesterday. the staff was amazing....quick, painless purchase in and out in 20 minutes. Ian Todd is the salesman to see. he is well versed in everything Subaru, and Alli handled the paperwork quickly. She walked me through everything. I could not be more satisfied or appreciative for the VIP treatment. I highly recommend them.
Very Bad experience. I signed a preowned vehicle purchase agreement on 9/15/2025 (Deal #168081 & Customer# 168942) and paid a deposit of $1000.00 towards buying the car (Stock# U15572I). I was communicated that the car has a recall and waiting of fix. Will be delivered within a week after the fix. Waited all these days.
