When life is unexpected issues the last thing you need is poor customer service. My horrible experience at Paul Blanco brought me here which I had the excellent service from ED. He made my car purchase comfortable and smooth.
I love Empire Auto sales they are awesome they work with you and help you make it happen for you. We just went threw them for the second time cause we like them so much. We didn't have very much to put down this time only 1500 but they worked with us and we left there with the car we wanted. So I highly recommend them.
1 week ago I purchased a 2011 Jetta Volkswagen with $2000 down. A week later.... Need new brakes and over 60mph the car slides and pulls while driving on the freeway. These guys aren't honest. Praying on the poor and illegal immigrants so they can earn a living. I was so excited about getting a car I at the time didn't understand why the guy helping my new purchase told me" take your car to a manchanic", but there is a mechanic onsite at the auto dealer. We had an easy transaction. Person was straight to the point. We left with the vehicle we wanted and would highly recommend.
This is a great place to buy a car from! The prices are super great, they have a good variety of vehicles to choose from and their customer service is top of the line! Definitely considering buying another vehicle from them soon.

I have been looking for a Honda for a long time and and finally found 1 at this place, Me and my Mom came from Lodi to Modesto looking for the right price. We have been to a lot of places and they didn't want to talk to us after they found out we had a low down payment, these guys let us test drive a couple of cars and we got the 1. I did have to do a extra $200 down payment, but at least i got the one I wanted:).This place seems to have a lot lower prices it seems, lot of small cars. I would recommend!!!
The Truth, I bought a vehicle from these guys when they started in Empire and it was worth it, I recently sold that car and went back and bought another car, The battery light came on about 2 months after a bought it, I called them and they ordered a used battery and installed it for free, I didn't expect that, but it is why the reason i went back, hard to find a used car, but harder to find a good car lot in Modesto, Thanks you guys!!
