Had two interviews did not hear back as I was told I would within a day or so sent follow up email still got no response when I know I’m over qualified for the position but one of many jobs that ghost or don’t respond as they explain they will, very unprofessional on that viewpoint. Even if I’m denied the job at least keep your word and let people know so they are not just waiting to hear back
