I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership when I went to see a BMW 430i. The customer service from the salesperson was very unprofessional and poorly organized. When I arrived, the salesperson stayed on the phone for about 10 minutes before even acknowledging me. After that, he informed me that the car was actually located at another dealership location and his coworker told him car is available same location, which showed a lack of preparation.
