They are the best in this field
Having had an excellent experience when purchasing our vehicle from Empire, I've been very disappointed with their customer service since. We bought a warranty on the car with the dealership and every time I call and ask to speak to the service department about a problem, I am "put through" and there is no reply. The receptionist kindly takes my contact information...but nobody calls back. I do not usually post reviews to Google, but feel I have no other choice at this stage.
This car company has been dishonest with its customers. Every time I go in for an oil service, parts from my vehicle go missing and are replaced with plastic zip ties. Since the day I purchased the vehicle, they have not provided me with the tool kit required to lower the spare tire, and I have now been waiting eight months for them to deliver it—without any resolution. Additionally, when I went to Costco to install new tires, I was informed that the truck had mismatched tires and that the ones it came with were not even app... read more
Scammers... I'm actually surprised these people can't still run a business ripping people off taking their money for LEMON CARS NEEDING TO BE FIXED...2000$ repair right off the lot.. whole back end of my vehicle was needing replaced.. told by Hesham they would meet Sept 2024 to figure out compensating me and they did not, just further ignored me up till now one year later and placed blame on customer.. regardless of your "30 day warranty" and all your other shady stuff.. you guys know and knew you're in the wrong... mechanic... read more
