Jay and his team did a very nice wrap on my model 3. They are super busy so the communication was a bit delayed but they are solid.
Great job on two vehicles I brought them. Friendliest service and quick turn around.
Beware of this place if your cars have lane keeping assistant or adaptive cruise control. They don’t tell you that camera calibration is needed after windshield replacement or else LKA doesn’t work anymore. It costs me another $600 at the dealership to have it done.
These guys are great. Very knowledgeable on tint, wraps, etc. My window tint came out at the perfect darkness. Highly recommend.
Return customer who had another vehicle tinted a few years ago at their old location, they did a good job. So took another vehicle to have windows tinted at their new location and Empire was able to partially do the job, one window had been missed, brought it to the owners attention and tried to convince me the window had been tinted, when in fact it had not been tinted as it had residue and scratches, he took my vehicle to the back and came back to say yeah they did not have all the tint needed to complete the job.
