Empire AutoGlass is the ABSOLUTE WORST company that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The Manager Sean (sp) has NO customer service skills and was VERY unprofessional.
I haven't even had my windshield installed yet but I am already impressed. It is nice to be reminded that there are still kind and honest people in the world. The owner has gone above and beyond, and I can't imagine that my windshield replacement will be anything less than perfection. I would recommend Empire Auto to anyone who is looking for outstanding customer service and just all around great work. Thank you Sean, you will definitely be my go to windshield man and the company I recommend.
Called and made an appt and I arrived 20 min early to my appt. I sat and waited 45 min while no one ever moved my car or even started to do anything. Not impressed with the business and will now need to make another appt elsewhere. Time is very short and very important, and if a business cannot make its customers time important then we must take our business elsewhere. Very unhappy customer.
