Initial application process was easy and communication was good. After a 10 month tenancy, the move out process was a nightmare. We did the final walkthrough together and we agreed on paying for some cleaning and some paint touchups. We moved out of state and received a huge list of things she wanted done to the unit arguing that she missed all those things in the final walkthrough. She ended up using 3/4 of our security deposit to update her unit, which is a very very old and outdated condominium. I would not recommend work... read more
