If zero stars could be left that would be what I would leave. My next step is to contact every media outlet possible to let them know how unethical their saleman, Greg Smith is. This company's foundation, according to their website, is based on ethical dealings, well not this salesman. We bought a backhoe from this man and after only 2.5 hours on it, it wouldn't work any longer. According to "Greg" it was because the Def ran out.
