I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this counseling center. I initially reached out because I was actively seeking counseling services, and their office is conveniently located close to my home. Unfortunately, from the beginning, it was extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone. My phone calls went unanswered, and it took quite some time before anyone followed up with me. I am extremely disappointed with our experience with this counseling service. My husband was going through a difficult time and genuinely needed help and support, yet we felt they were completely unwilling to assist him. What makes this even more frustrating is that they had not even met or evaluated my husband. We were simply trying to schedule an appointment, but we couldn’t even get that far. You always must leave a message and their not good at returning phone calls.
I would greatly recommend!! Was very patient and kind! I felt like I can really just be myself and be comfortable around her! Great work!
