These people are unprofessional, and when they randomly text you they don't add who they are or what the context of the conversation is about. I got confused with the many spams that are out there, and didn't even get an email stating a receipt of my cancelation to at least send me another notification that I made an error. Melissa and Karla are amazing listeners, empathetic and highly skilled professionals. Karla's insights have given me so much hope. I never felt rushed in appointments, and always felt after. I can't recommend them enough, and it is better to see them in person if you can.
