I've been going to Mae for massage therapy for over 5 years. Her method is gentle, but extremely effective. It's amazing to me how relaxed I can feel after just 90 minutes. I highly recommend a little self care massage from Mae.
It has been a couple years since I moved to the East Coast and I am STILL searching for a massage therapist that even comes close to Mae's natural abilities. No one comes close. This is also true of any massage before her. I battle chronic Lyme disease, degenerative disc disease, migraines, nerve issues, plus more so I understand pain well. This truly intuitive and empathic being always made me feel incredible physically, mentally and emotionally. She has a rare gift.
I have been a client for 3 1/2 years. Mae is the best massage therapist I have ever used. She not only give a wonderful massage, she is a well of information on stretching and has encouraged me to start stretching. Since I have been having regular massages and doing stretches, I am feeling so much better. Give Empathic Touch a try. You won't be sorry.
