I’ve had a great experience with Nick. He creates a safe, supportive space and offers practical tools like DBT skills that have genuinely helped me manage stress and understand myself better. His empathy and balanced approach make each session valuable and impactful.
Nick has been a wonderful therapist. He listens well and is nonjudgemental. I feel listened to and understood, and he relates to me on a personal level. He manages to keep things light even when talking about heavy stuff all while not minimizing the topic. He makes DBT accessible and has given me skills to handle problems that come up in my life.
