Was referred to Hospice for services for care for advanced ALS. Was told the nurse is supposed to visit once a week. She has been showing up if lucky once a month doesn’t really check on me that much. She kinda mainly goes over to my staff or if she does talk to me, she says things to upset me And then walk out of the room, then call my next of kin and tell them that I am being difficult the chaplain volunteers are amazing. Called for hospice care early this morning. My mother-in-law passed away at 4:45 this afternoon. hospice has yet to get here .! The nurse had a 10 minute ETA to an eight minute ETA when she said that she would be there at 6 PM and has yet to show up, Claudia is her name! She has been laying in the bed deceased waiting! It Inhumane! I would not recommend this company for my animals!

Complete waste of time! No help, horrible system, I could list specifics but does it matter? You have a job to do and you are not even trying😡 Your equipment is old and not kept in good condition , which is not hard to do OR a lot to ask. You’re “ triage” nurse(??!!) that takes the phone call JUST to have a real nurse call back is so useless, lacking knowledge and therefore a waste of time… just give the message to the real nurse to call me! My loved one is dying and your system and your staff are more problem than comfort.... read more
