Alejandra is the best! I always pump faked that I “believed in therapy” and that “we should be more open to engaging with therapy” while not seriously engaging with it myself. My sessions with Alejandra have made me feel foolish for not taking my own advice sooner. If you’re thinking about it. Do it. And hit Alejandra up when you decide to make that move.
