The food here is good and consistent. I have been eating keto for months and was a little concerned. I got the bandeja paisa and gave away the sides. It had steak, THICK bacon, sausage avocado and a fried egg. It was all fab.

Empanada Mama is the place in Hell’s Kitchen for cheap eats options. Also great cocktails. Empanadas inspired by cuisines around the world. And I believe Empanada Mama goes 24/7!
Food was delicious, service from Cesar, our server, was great and we ran into a couple of “my kids” while there! All of the empanadas we tried were great, as were the chips and guacamole. The French fríes with guava and sour cream are a must!
We tried 5 different empanadas and every one was delicious and unique. There were choices to please almost anyone! I tried the spicy chicken, BBQ pulled pork and spinach and cheese and my partner tried the spicy chicken, spicy beef, and viagra. Both the sauces were tangy and delicious. The guac and plantain chips were also awesome, they had just the right spice! we can't wait to come back!!!
The pernil empanada is the best one. The waitress convinced me to try the jerk cheese and Im glad I did. The fusion was tasteful and an explosion for my tastebuds. She was so nice and and cheerful. Best wishes to you and good luck abroad!
