Stay clear of this company. Bob and Arlene or anyone assoicated with Empac Global or any of their "warehouses" are NOT to be trusted. They screwed me out of $2000. I have proof.

DO NOT work with this company. We ended up sending them to collections for non payment after several attempts ourselves to get payment and still haven't seen a dime. Shipment was done for them back in March.

(UPDATED from "Never got Paid") "Finnaly got Paid" Carriers Custom Crating Inc We were requested to pickup a machine to be crated for shipping. Job was completed and a proof of payment was sent to me but the payment did NOT show up. 3 months of phone calls,emails to 6 departments and 2 different companies with no reply. This seems to be a common occurance based on the other reviews. Transferred the money in advance for a washing machine. Some calls with Karen Myers, technical problems, delays. Did not hold any of the promises and refuses to answer calls or email since weeks. Until the company doesn't get back to us and resolve the issue, this review will stay. We are really disappointed and have to say that this is not a serious company to deal with. Lets see if they can prove the opposite in the coming days/weeks.
