Aundria is a such a phenomenal and safe space holder. I have been seeing her with my partner for ifs couples therapy and it really has been helping us navigate our relationship dynamic. Through safety, grace, acceptance, unconditional love, and fully accepting all the parts of us. It’s been a gift for me as an individual but also within the partnership. Would highly recommend her & the medicine she brings!
Aundria has been a light in my life. Her compassion, warmth, keen ability to reframe perspective and create a space of safety has helped me through so much. If you‘ve been stuck in loops or living in a painful past, Aundria and her approach to IFS therapy will certainly help you find your way back to yourself. Cannot recommend enough.
