Nicole was hopeless. No identification of basic warning signs of a family member’s clearly worsening erratic behaviour which eventually led to a crisis point requiring hospitalization after a session with her. Then no follow up or collaboration with hospital staff after this occurred despite agreeing to. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere
Nicole and the team are so very lovely. I have experienced great care, direction and assistance and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Very disappointing experience. Sessions were under time, there was no preparation, and a lack of care and engagement.
I been going here this year and they have been very helpful with my needs
Karrin is the first therapist I’ve connected with. She is so patient and compassionate. I get so much out of our sessions and look forward to each one.
