the people here are lazy I work in the apartment industry and I've never seen such a lazy team
I lived here 5 years ago and I loved it. It was so affordable at that time (before renovations). The community was amazing. So diverse. I loved the big pool. It is an old property, but the management was good about handling my requests. Living here you have to understand that it’s an older property without many modern amenities. It’s walkable to Publix, Restaurants, YMCA, and it’s so close to so many places in ATL. I felt safe walking my dog around the property at 9pm at night.
This place is badly run. The leasing office ignores problems, and maintenance has come into my apartment without proper knocking. The apartment has constant cockroaches, geckos, and an AC that barely works. Nothing gets fixed no matter how many times you report it. My car was broken into weeks ago, and the leasing office didn’t care at all. Resident safety and basic maintenance are clearly not a priority here. Management needs to be replaced with people who actually do their job.
I live in Emory Woods Apartmentso and love everything about my place. Very nice staff and a great area to be with everything near for food and entertainment. Best place I've ever lived for being a socialite.
