Emory Healthcare system is a horrible entity to work with. Their different locations do not connect in a central system, so you always have to do everything with their individual offices spread throughout Atlanta. For instance, there is no phone number you can call to schedule all the appointment you need - for a PCP is one number, usually at the location you chose, for a mammography it is another number, etc. because they can't see a enterprise wide calendar. This review is not for this facility. I had a decent experience with the MRI I had done. Be aware of their billing department. They claimed I owed a $1,000 more than I did because they did not properly apply the payment from my insurance. They did not deduct the discount amount so I had my insurance resubmit the EOB to show that I only owed $200.00. After multiple calls explaining this to them, I was still sent to collections.
