Unfortunately I had to sell a loved one's place after they passed, and I'm not from the area. Emory was very patient and understanding when we had to keep pushing the listing date due to various reasons. He also made the entire process very easy to do remotely. He was very communicative and not pushy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
