Unfortunately I had to sell a loved one's place after they passed, and I'm not from the area. Emory was very patient and understanding when we had to keep pushing the listing date due to various reasons. He also made the entire process very easy to do remotely. This allowed me to get my property quickly prepared for sale. We had a very smooth transaction at the asking price. I couldn't be happier with the service Emory provided.
