My physical therapist is fine. However, I shouldn't have to call multiple places to look for an appointment. Why is there not a centralized scheduling line? It is also impossible to reach anyone to cancel or change an appointment. No one picks up the phone! The PT system is outside of MyChart, which requires filling out form after form after form after form. I felt like I had stepped back into 1992. I called on MLK day to make a future appointment and the recording stated they were open but to hold as they were limited in staffing. It has been 60 minutes and I am still waiting to speak with someone. If the facility was not able to take calls I believe that should be the recording and not lead people to think that someone will answer the call.

Doctor was severely late. My actual appointment lasted 5-10 minutes max and he all he did was agree with my suspected diagnosis, without offering any additional guidance or recommendations. Also, failed to properly send my referral, so I have been unable to schedule my MRI. Further, the office violated HIPPA when the sent me home with another patients documents containing sensitive information, including their address and SSN. Do NOT go here.
