Refused to give a medical opinion about the origination of injuries/conditions which was the reason for appt and was communicated when making appt. Did not refuse to charge for said appt Dr pretended to give other unrequested services to justify bill. This included recommending an MRI…. I can’t have an MRI and gave them records that show that.
