A friend with cancer died in your facility. She was near the end of her life when brought to the ER. You denied her spouse access, sent security to escort him off of the premises. She was unable to advocate or make medical decisions for herself. I am absolutely livid that she was alone while dying and that in the midst of his grief, her husband had to mobilize support for access and advocacy instead of spend as many precious final moments with her as possible. RecommendedI highly recommend Emory midtown university hospital,to any one in need of quality medical attention. I have been been here 2 days and counting and they’ve gone above an beyond to make my bad situation better. I have only run into two staff members that treated I would like to speak to an admin asap

This once wonderful facility is horrendous now. The rules in the office regarding appointment booking, non addictive med refills, and patient care have overrun their ability to actually care for people. Several members of my family have tried to get in for a range of needs and have been unable to do so because of countless issues. They cannot find out insurance so that my wife can book an appointment to have her zoloft filled (Lloyd has seen her for over 13 years). RecommendedI had surgery here on Wednesday. Every single person I came in contact with that was working was so pleasant. Stephanie and Lisa made you feel at home. They made you laugh and made you feel like you were very important. It really meant a lot that they were so sweet and caring. Thank you to all that helped and was kind I just didnt get everyone's names. I would definitely recommend.
