The Physical Therapist (Art) has an impressive Biography; please be aware this description of professionalism does not make him a professional. He promoted himself as a Christian but his actions did not reflect that. I started PT with Art for a Femur injury. Art requested that I wear shorts since he would be performing a technique called "skin creeping" and he would need skin exposure to my right quadrant/flank area.
