BEWARE of charges not disclosed which they bill you for later! I was told that the charges were covered by my Aetna but had a "PT Eval" charge of $155 with zero insurance co-pay sent to me 60 days after my first visit. I was not told this 5 min [if that] eval was going to cost me $155! I will NEVER go back!
Kristen, Lynn, Chris, Nick are all excellent healers. I’ve had physio multiple times here for various body parts - neck and shoulder, both knees pre- and post-replacement. They’ve all worked directly with me showing kindness, compassion, and creativity getting me back to fighting fit. The entire staff is fantastic!! And the dry needling was miraculous - a couple sessions and my neck and shoulder were back to normal!!
I love the therapists and other staff. They are so caring and supportive. The training and treatments are deep and thorough.
I used Kristen a few months ago for neck pain. She did dry needling. As it was my first experience with dry needling, I was a bit apprehensive. It hurt during the time but really helped expedite my healing process. Would recommend!
