I trust them with my knees. Carmen and her team are wonderful. Everyone takes their time to truly understand what is going on with you. You don’t feel rushed or feel like a number. Great experience from check in, radiology, provider visit to check out.
I can't comment on the orthopedic side of this location, but I would not recommend this location for primary care. They charged $500 for a 10 minute televisit to renew my prescription, which I need every three months. $2,000 a year just to refill my prescriptions is nuts. They also charged $1200 for labs that were part of my yearly physical because it's a "hospital" setting. DO NOT trust anything labeled with Emory on it. They'll charge you a hospital fee even if it's not a hospital.
