In August I made an appointment for 09/02 at this facility. I got confirmation documentation via text reminding me of it. When I showed up at 8 AM the receptionist told me the appointment was for 10/02. I showed her the text and said "this is urgent and I would not have agreed to wait until next month." She replied callously and without emotion "but you did". No apology, no offer to rectify the situation in any way. Not even a "goodbye". I was omitted to this hospital for spine surgery and I regret it. The nurse are horrible and did not care about my pain. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
This was my first time ever having any surgery in my life! Emory Orthopedic Hospital off of Montreal Road is 10/10. The front desk where you sign in service is fast, friendly and flawless. The admission counselor, even though she is making sure she gets the money, was so sweet and professional. If I did not have the money she was so nice, I would have asked everyone in my family. I’m appreciative of the pre-admission support of the staff at easing my anxiety. I’m appreciative of all the support, answers, information pamphlets and one on one that Dr. Ajay provided, he is so professional and I thank him for a job well done. All the medical staff were so helpful and made my stay the best. All the staff that came in my room were so supportive and helpful. I am very much on my way to recovery.
Very professional and procedures are done by teaching doctors.
