Saw Dr. Stafford and his staff today. This was a follow up to a knee injury sustained during cycling. Just like our previous appointment, he took the time to assess my injury, explained in non medical jargon what injury I sustained, outlined an approach to treatment, and answered every question I had. He is very talented, dedicated, and kind. He put me at ease through the process and a procedure I had. Would highly recommend.

I’m deeply disappointed and frustrated with the gross mismanagement and lack of urgency shown by Emory Orthopedics & Spine in Powder Springs, GA. My recent experiences on September 17th and 18th were nothing short of a nightmare, especially while dealing with severe pain and immobility. On 9/17, I had an appointment that ended up running over 2 hours past the scheduled time. No one offered updates, no one apologized — just an indifferent waiting room experience while I sat in agony.
