I would also look at Shaun Watson's review as I agree with most things he said. I came to this clinic for knee pain, and we realized I needed a shoe life. Dr. Stafford sent me to Hanger Clinics to get the measurements and the shoe lift. I contacted Hanger and they informed me they did not do measurements, and sent me to a different place called ShuReNu. This place also does not do measurements so I had to contact the Emory. Malaka & Chantrice are AMAZING!!! Very professional, friendly, kind and most of all knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit. I will definitely be back. I have also recommended my familyand friends to this pratice.
Hate to give such a low score because I've always had good luck and service here. But... I went for a knee apt and of course needed a MRI. Before I left the Dr gave me a prescription for a brace. Went to hanger to get fitted but the Dr forgot to sign the prescription. So I had to call and WOW the front office was in absolute shamble. After waiting and he I called back and got laughed at and actually hung up on, YES hung up. MRI comes back meniscus torn in a few spots and knee replacement suggested.
