Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
