Worst provider group! Starting with the obnoxious ladys at the front desk who would barely give you the time of day, continuing with PA Sara, who would gladly send you to do tests you do not need, following by the scheduling ladys who are clueless about insurance, and finally the billing department that would send you back to your provider to argue why an unnecessary test was not covered. Stay away. Go to Northstar.
Emory Heart and Vascular is a 5 Star Cardiology Center. My doctor is Graham Robertson. I have high praise for his ability as a cardiovascular doctor. The office staff is very friendly as well as professional. The PA, Jennifer is also very friendly and professional. The office keeps you informed of you condition and knows what to do for your problems. I am very happy with Dr. Robertson and his staff. I highly recommend this medical team.
I just had my Echo (09/06/2024 3:15pm) done by Katie Wilson. She was amazing! You can tell that she loves what she does. She is so passionate about her work. She made time to make sure she had perfect pictures of my old ticker. She had a student with her, I hope that student picks up every nugget that Katie has to offer.
Had my follow up today. The team performed flawlessly in caring for me. I commend all from the receptionist, PAs and medical staff. Well trained, compassionate and caring. Thank you Emory Cardiovascular Unit at John Creek Hospital for a great Job!
Dr Beach is my cardiologist at this practice. IMO he is THE BEST! He is thorough and caring. His team is wonderful too.
