Had a wonderful informative visit
I own a medical office. The customer service at the front desk is typically wonderful. However 1.5 hour wait with an appointment is appalling. Not staffing properly is appalling. Primary care should be avoided at all cost
During my physical exam, I was able to fully discuss my health and concerns with Dr. Tavrovsky. She actually listens, gives helpful advice, and treats her patients with kindness and respect.
