I should not hear ms Rankins EKG results yelled across the waiting room, I should not know Ms Dawson was in for the 5th time this week for a cough, why was someone hooked up to an active IV line with bag dripping in the waiting room, and why are people in exam gowns taken back to the waiting room, at least 6 people had ivs started but without the bag poles in the waiting room? HIPPA MEANS NOTHING, plus it was 5 hours and still not seen!
Have heart issues... Shortness of breathe.. And there was no concern from the staff at all.... Waited for hours for help
Nerrisa Jackson PA in emergency is a joke!! Threw hands in air and walked out of room when simply questioned about her diagnosis!!! She is suppose to be a professional in the Medical field not a 5 year old on a playground!! Should not be employed in the medical field!
Was admitted Memorial Day weekend. Was triaged right away. And because I was having an allergic reaction was taken to the back and started bloodwork and IV and meds right away. The nurses and techs here are amazing!!
