I had money saved in my savings account. Money accounted for. The bank charge me Fee Withdrawal paper statement fee which was 5 dollars each month. Tell me why they took a total of 400 dollars from my savings. A saving account that is designed to help you save. Please make this make sense. I miss Emory Credit Union. Credit One is trash

I went in to ask about a home refi. The man, his last name starts with a C, was extremely condescending. I have had a WONDERFUL experience with an auto loan from here just a month prior and thought I would get the same high level of service this time. The person said, "Let me show you how to find your home's equity". I did not ask him for an education lesson, and the fact that I was not sure of the equity in my home, doesn't mean I don't know what was in it. The lines of questions he asked, some were irrelevant.
