DONT BUY HOME IN THIS COMMUNITY. EVERYTHING PROVIDED IS OF BAD MATERIAL. IN PAST 2 YEARS WE HAVE TO REPLACE MICROWAVE, LOCK AND EVERY YEAR ISSUE WITH THE HVAC. THE QUALITY OF HOMES ARE BAD AND ONCE THE WARRANTY IS OVER EVERYTHING WILL START GOING BAD. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN GO !!!!

I've sold multiple Taylor Morrison houses over the years (one just closed yesterday!) and always feel confident about it when my clients buy one of their homes. Emory Crossing is no exception. Elizabeth is a wealth of information and have always come through with any questions thrown at her. Most importantly she answers the phone when called! Looking forward to future deals with TM!
Reported multiple large cracks in the garage apron within 30 days of closing — each over 8 inches long with exposed fiber. Instead of a proper warranty evaluation, they offered a “courtesy touch-up” without inspection. Extremely disappointing for a national builder.
