Me and my husband had the pleasure of touring the model homes with Lacie Easley, and I can’t say enough good things about her! We had to reschedule our appointment at the last moment and she was so kind to accommodate us and even give us a new appointment (Same day) in her busy schedule. I had same thing with my roof in first rain. Then they put this guy name Kyle for other warranty issues. One was bolt missing on door nub, he just dropped a bolt on my porch and left. I tried to put it on but realized need some adjustment and maybe drilling. I contacted him twice and he just didn’t respond and ignored me so my warranty goes out of date. Beware of this issues with them.
