Very clean rooms. Beautiful hotel. Will definitely stay there again. Staff was awesome. Highly recommended
Hotel is convenient to the hospital. Staff was exceptional. In every area, they were all friendly and helpful. The property is older, it’s a bit tired, but still nice. It needs a remodel. Bed sheets did not fit our bed, ugh. Comfy bed otherwise. Clean room. Pool was supposed to be heated, it was not. We ate at the in house “club room”. Food was great, a bit pricey but good. We would come back. Mainly because of the staff. They made us feel welcome
great location everyone was distant when we checked in; asked how to get in the garage, they said we will get a card when entering (and we did not); the pool was closed and there was no note about this or no info when we booked with them breakfast was not good, no coffee refills, very expensive for what they offered
