Emory Healthcare system is a horrible entity to work with. Their different locations do not connect in a central system, so you always have to do everything with their individual offices spread throughout Atlanta. For instance, there is no phone number you can call to schedule all the appointment you need - for a PCP is one number, usually at the location you chose, for a mammography it is another number, etc. because they can't see an enterprise wide calendar.
