I called this location to schedule an appointment for a new patient and the receptionist couldn't understand me at all. Reaching out for email or text appointment they told me to call.
This clinic is terrible in both service and communication. I have had several negative experiences with this clinic and Dr.Kovas. I am turned off from utilizing any service from this Emory's healthcare establishment.
Don't go to Dr. Kovacs. She doesn't listen, she doesn't pay attention, she doesn't care and she doesn't speak English. I don't speak English greatly either, but I don't have the responsibility of people's health and medical problems. It's too hard to communicate with her.
The Brookhaven Emory Clinic is a convenient location and the staff is very kind. I highly recommend this location if you are in the Brookhaven/Buckhead area.
Dr. Rao, was vey professional and thorough with my annual physical exam. She spent a decent amount of time listening and answering my questions related to my health treatment. The office location is easy to find. The office facility is very pleasant and clean. Dr. Rao is friendly and kind.
