Had a great time at the center. Staff was very kind and easy to talk to. Would recommend to friends and family!
We had our son assessed here a few years ago. They are remarkably knowledgeable, understanding, personable, and kind. Dr. South and Dr. Schwartz took a ton of time getting to know and understand our child. They then took a lot of time with us as parents to explain and help us understand our son better and what it all meant. We received great care, a lot of knowledge, and great follow up. I have called at least 5 times in the last week and nobody answers or returns my calls. I’ve emailed Dr. Epstein numerous times as well and he doesn’t respond.
I’m not so sure why this place is highly praised as it is. Yes, other folks may have a great experience with them and that’s honestly how my experience started off very nice and pleasant. However, I’m still waiting on my daughter’s report and for the resources I was told I can use to help assist with her future needs after she was diagnosed with Autism and Global Developmental Delay. I cannot receive any assistance or care for my daughter until I get these reports and Emory Autism Center knows this. I have tried to get in co... read more
