Lord please run this facility is not only late when it comes to appointments, also its like pulling teeth to get and request life saving medications, instead of the doctor proscribing my medication I was told I had to come in or go to the ER which is crazy to me when I have a PM. Its like they are money hungryband want to waste your time Just so they can bill your insurance company.Just unprofessional all the way around I'll definitely be changing primary care providers.
You’d be better off going to a vet. They can’t keep doctors on staff. Reception is either uninformed or flat-out lying. Look at the other reviews. Emory should be ashamed to have their name on this practice. I’d rather go to the DMV.
I am disgusted at how hard it is to efficiently to anything for my health at this office. Not only have I been fighting with them about my prescriptions and renewing them, but I can’t get a single person on the phone half the time. They had a simple job. I just wanted them to put in my prescription. Not only did they get said prescription WRONG, but they did not approve it for Renewal! I’ve been taking this prescription for half a year!!!
