Ok so it’s been years since I got a checkup or went to a doctor. I sent the appointment over the phone. So quick and easy also great customer service. I get to my appointment 20 min late but by the grace of god and the doctor I was seen. From the start, I felt so comfortable. A lot of woman of color and the vibe was so inviting, peaceful, patient. I came for an appointment on this past Tuesday. Took time from work. I was told my appointment had been cancelled for some reason. They say they tried to leave a message on my phone. I received no email or tet or anything. I believe they forgot to let me know as they were short staffed and could not take me that day.
