girl at the front desk is awful
I would not recommend this place. Very small and strict grace period when there were NO other patients there. Didn’t know the doctors were doing meet and greets, thought they were doctors. This shows a lack of care for patients. I suggest these people work in a different industry, you’re scamming yourselves. I would’ve understood if the office was busy, or even if I had not tried to explain the situation politely. Made a very long drive for no reason. My overall experience at Emory Stockbridge was good. I had a 2 p.m. appointment and was seen around 3:10 p.m.—they were a little busy, but I didn’t mind the wait. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and got my insurance handled quickly. I didn’t have the best experience with the tech who called me back—he didn’t introduce himself or make me feel comfortable, which made the process feel a bit cold. However, NP Ross was amazing!
